I am a 2nd generation State Farm Insurance Agent who has been helping the customers in Carrolltown and the surrounding areas save money on their insurance needs for 50 years. My father, David E. Springer, was a State Farm Agent who inspired me and taught me everything I know. Although, my desire to help people when they are experiencing their worst moments was my driving force to become an Agent, following in my father’s footsteps and carrying on his legacy was a close second. I have enjoyed watching my customers grow their families, insuring their needs, watching their children grow and then helping them with their insurance needs. It means a great deal to me that these families have accredited me and my team for all of these years. My team of five actually includes my three daughters. We are truly a State Farm legacy! They realize the importance of providing the same service they grew up observing and express pride in our company.

Outside of my Agency, I have been the Vice President and Board of Directors for the Ebensburg Country Club. I have also held the Treasurer position and had a seat as a Board Member of the Carrolltown Recreation Committee. I am the proud Grandfather of 10 grandchildren, all of whom bring me great joy! I believe that the difference we make in the life of a child is of the upmost importance, and so, I am a continuous sponsor of our local Youth Athletics. I like to give back to my community by being a Volunteer Fireman for the Carrolltown Fire Engine Company and providing monetary support to my good neighbors in need or causes close to my heart. In 2022, my team and myself organized an annual "12 Days of Christmas" event that features Christmas lights and free activities and give-a-ways for the children in our town that we take great pride in calling home.

I am a Graduate of Otterbein College and have taken great pride in my team and our experience with servicing our customers and assisting them with life's most unexpected moments. During my career as a State Farm Agent, I have been a National Convention Qualifier, as well as, an Ambassadors for Life Qualifier, and Legion of Honor Qualifier. My team and I offer a wealth of knowledge on our products and provide friendly customer service.
